1 | Personalized Fit Check 
(Before You Order)

We're proud to offer personalized sizing support to help ensure your fit is right the first time.
Before checking out, simply share your bust, waist, hip, height, and weight (and any fit requests, ex: 'oversized') in your cart drawer or order notes

Our team will personally review your selections and reach out if anything seems off.
It’s better for you, and better for the planet. 

2 | U.S. Returns – Free with Protected Checkout

We’ve partnered with Redo to offer free returns and exchanges for customers who select Protected Checkout at purchase.

Didn’t select Redo? You can still return your item—just note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • All U.S. returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging


3 | International Returns

We gladly accept returns from around the world, though shipping is not included.
Please use your preferred carrier and clearly mark your package:
“Return – No Commercial Value”

For the best experience, we encourage using our personalized fit-check (see Section 1) before you order.


4 | Exchange Tips

Need a different size or color sooner?
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of inspection

  • Many customers receive their replacement before the return is even complete


5 | Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or flawed:

  • Notify us via the Returns Portal within 7 days

  • Include your order number and clear photos

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • A full refund or free replacement

  • A prepaid return label (or approval to keep the item, if applicable)


6 | Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging or return pouch

  • Shipped back within 14 days of delivery or return approval


7 | Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, ethical, and handling reasons, the following are final sale, unless damaged:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. Kente Jackets which support local design education and emergency medical supplies)

  • Oversized artisan pieces (e.g. Riad Chairs, Antique Centennial Rugs - we are available through email and chat to provide additional photos, measurements, information on provenance and history prior to purchases)

  • Cosmetics and skincare
